Match Results 

Today the club went to Old Hough fishery and fished on a club favorite lake; Big Max.  

We were relatively lucky with the weather, it was forecast for rain all afternoon however we only had a couple of short showers in the morning.

It was a tricky day for most as the fish just didn't seem to want to feed.  There were plenty of fish visible but they weren't interested in taking any hook bait.  In fact Mike Roberts who ended up winning the match had only caught 1 fish with about an hour an a half to go.  Mike eventually tweaked his tactics and had a great end to the match putting together 56lb 2oz to win the match.  Well done Mike!
